I tried and tried but I had a really tough time getting a 'best face' photo the last few weeks, mainly because it has been so cold in MN (barely getting above zero since Jan 1st) that we have not been able to get outside at all. Also, since I work during the week, the only daylight time I get to spend with my kids during the winter is on the weekends. That left me with this past Saturday (January 9th) to try for 'the shot' so I sat my little dolly on a chair in front of the sliding glass door and started snapping. She wasn't especially cooperative but I did end up with a couple of shots that I not only loved but also think they completely encapsulate her sweet and sassy personality. Having two favorites also made it tough to pick the 'best' one.
I can tell you that i heart this face a whole bunch!
If you want to see the one that didn't make the cut you can view it here.Make sure to head over to iheartfaces to see all of the other beautiful faces and maybe even wish them a Happy 1st Birthday!!!
