What do your kids do when they are bored on the weekends?

Mine like to dress up in costumes and pretend they are super heros. Or maybe they were just doing a test run for Grant's 5th Birthday party this coming Sunday. His actual birthday is Monday but we are having a small party with family and friends this weekend and he party has a Super Hero theme. I think I am more excited than Grant since I have a little surprise up my sleeve. Lets just say Grant is going to be FIRED UP when he sees it. Can't wait to share pics of it all!

This is the 'fire power!" pose.

Ta-da!

Super hero Ta-da!

My little Spidey stud-muffin.

The spectacular duo plotting their next move.

Yes, they were a little bored this weekend, but on Saturday they did get to go spend the day with their Grandma Sue, and cousins, Austin, Bailey and Carter. While they were with Grandma, I got to spend the day with my BFF Lisa for a day of eating, shopping and just plain catching up.

My chiropractic treatments seem to have been helping a bit as my neck and shoulder pain seems to be subsiding a bit. Or, maybe it was just the retail therapy that helped!

Oh goodness...how adorable is Tootie's outfit...like a Spidergirl ballerina, haha! The party sounds like it will be so FUN! I enjoy these little parties while they're young too...I feel as though it's beginning to fade here ;( Really cute pictures! Can't wait to see the party and big surprise!
ReplyDeleteTOO cute! I just love Audrey's little black mask and red tights! And Grant looks so tall dressed up. Can't wait for the party this weekend!
ReplyDeleteThose are priceless photographs!!! Oh my...I love spidergirl! Where did you find that? My oldest loves pretending she has super power's! She would die if I brought her home a costume. Have fun celebrating Grants birthday! I can't wait to hear about the surprise!
